Computer crash

Less than 2 months old - my computer crashed. Did a restore - computer still flaky. And my file history (Windows 8) has not been keeping up with backups as it is supposed to. I'm going to stick with this for a few days, but eventually may have to take it back to Best Buy for replacement or work. If you don't see me around, you'll know why.
