Bad Media Placement

You have to pay a chunk of change to put up a billboard. There's rental of the space - and you have to pay to produce the billboard. Location is a key component in the cost as well - placing the billboard in a well-traveled location costs more than one posted on a quiet street. I wonder how much the companies had to pay the idiots that placed these two competing billboards?
