One day an American couple on vacation in Moscow,were walking down the street and they got into an argument over whether it was raining or sleeting. So they asked their communist party guide, Comrade Rudolph, if it was officially raining or sleeting.
"Today it is officially raining, Comrades," said the official, and he walked on.
The wife said, "I still think it's sleeting."
The husband said, "Our guide is a trained expert. I'm sure Rudolph the Red knows rain, dear."
